Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected service.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (US only)

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders placed before 12pm PT)

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, returns are easy.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
- Final sale and personalized/custom items cannot be returned.

- Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
